Standing, from DaybreakSite developer behind Mansfield, Ohio, and now Project Blackridge in eastern Ohio (New Athens, Morristown, Barnesville, 1 to 2 GW a zone), with White Rose on the calls. On 17 September they reported the FirstEnergy load study back: 100 MW from the grid in 20 to 30 months on a sub $10M tap, and Enbridge gas able to carry up to 2 GW.
They cannot post financial security until an offtake LOI or PPA exists, and asked whether Anthropic can be re engaged. The delivered rate comes from their FirstEnergy call on Monday, estimated at 8 to 9 c/kWh; the Pennsylvania site introductions promised to them have not gone.
