Not engineer of record; a support layer to EPC and technical contractors across planning, design, spec, build and operations, in white space and gray space (controls, SCADA, BMS). Scope: fibre, copper, racks, enclosures, PDUs, in rack cooling, rear door heat exchangers, direct to chip via partners, fault managed power, PON; owns Ruckus and Precision OT; assessments, PoC, installation, commissioning; modular kitted designs. MicroLink walked Genoa: phase 1 50 MW plus a solar array and an indoor farm; 30 MW now, ~400 MW by 2029, ~800 MW by 2031; 800 V DC ready RT-Pod modules; three loop closed water system; 55 degC out, boost to ~70 degC; ORC for cold storage and food processing; ~400 jobs target. Anthropic the primary customer target; owner meeting 19 Sep; Vertiv lead time ~16 months; MV switchgear and transformers globally scarce; wheeling Ohio to PJM blocked by regulation. Brian Kennedy exploring thought leadership on community positive data centres. Notebook: 1000 patents and deployment (Heinz); energy recapture with municipality; commercial terms; thought leadership.
