Vicinity Energy is the host partner at Grays Ferry and our one heat customer. Power path runs through the Vicinity CHP plant: PJM inside PECO, 230 kV interconnect, PECO substation upgrade complete, transmission study still owed. The binding constraint is Enbridge gas lateral capacity, not the electrical interconnect. Vicinity NDA is coming from Nate Paist, then a heat study.
